Both products look similar, but one of them actually contains about 200mg of caffeine, while the other drink is caffeine free and is more focused on hydration with a high content of potassium.

Prime Hydration comes in a plastic bottle and contains no caffeine. It has also been argued as being flavored coconut water.

As this drink does contain about 10% coconut water, it packs a huge punch when it comes to potassium. Each drink contains about 25 calories and 700mg of potassium which is a necessary electrolyte.
